Refund policy

If you want to return or exchange an item, please do get in touch with us on awesomeanatomyenquiries@gmail.com prior to returning any parcels back to us. 

We do accept refunds within 14 days of purchase, customers then have 14 days to return the item back to us. A refund will only be provided once we have received the return. You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving your return. Deductions may be made to refunds offered if items have clearly been used.

Please bear in mind that customers will be liable to pay for tracked shipping costs to return the item to us.

Digital items can only be refunded if they haven't been downloaded, used or accessed in anyway or if access to these items can be revoked. Please note most of our digital download items send you a link straight after ordering, so access cannot be revoked so the item is unfortunately non refundable. 

Mystery Stock Clearance Bundle items are not refundable as these are end of line clearance products so will never be sold again in the future.

Online webinar tickets are also non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
